Exclusively for use with wooden BenchK 2, 5, 7 Series wall bars, these wall holders are highly recommended for ensuring the most stable, secure installation possible in case of the wooden studs wall construction. Each wall holder is made in Poland from laser-cut and formed steel brackets. Within the pair, one holder is used to mount the top of the BenchK wall bars and the other for the bottom.
The wall holders for the BenchK wall bars are designed with special pre-cut slots, allowing users to mount them to a standard wood stud wall (2 studs required for installation and 8 screws that have to be purchased separately). Thanks to the with of the pre-cut slots, the holders can be adjusted to the distance between the wooden studs. Remember that the Fischer plugs and screws available at www.benchk.us are not suitable for wood installation.
A well-known German manufacturer of fastening systems offers DUOPOWER pins – which guarantee very good fixing thanks to the use of 2 components: depending on the base material, the gray element made of high-quality nylon automatically activates the optimal holding function (expanding, folding, rolling) for the best fixing.
The spreader wings of the red element provide expansion and additional protection of the gray element. Easily screwed in and tightened at the end. No risk of over-tightening the pin. The molded edge of the pin prevents it from falling into the hole.

- DUOPOWER pins are suitable for both pre-assembly and push-through assembly.
- The combination of two different materials of the dowel affects their various properties (expansion, folding and looping), which allows the use of additional substrates and obtaining the highest load capacity in them.
- The required screw length results from the length of the plug + thickness of the fastened element + 1x screw diameter.
- Wood screws, chipboard screws and hanger bolts can be used for the dowels.
- In the case of fastening to board materials, the unthreaded part of the screw must not be longer than the thickness of the fastened element.
- It is not recommended to use when the thickness of the wall is less than 12 cm (4,7″).
