All BenchK wall bars are tested and certified to a 330 lb (150 kg) maximum user load — well above typical adult bodyweight even with added training load.

What is the difference between Series 1, 2, and 7?

Series 1 is our compact tier — smaller footprint, entry-level price, ideal for kids' rooms and smaller spaces. Series 2 is the mid-tier — wider frame, fully compatible with every attachment. Series 7 is our luxury tier — reinforced frames, densest padding, most refined finishes.

Are accessories universal across series?

Most accessories (pull-up bars, dip bars, benches, Recoil straps) fit Series 2 and Series 7. Series 1 uses scaled-down attachments. When in doubt, the product page lists compatibility explicitly.

What tools do I need?

A drill, a level, a tape measure, and the included Allen key. The mounting bits (PS8 or PS12 expansion plugs) are sized for standard masonry drill bits.

Can I mount on drywall?

No — plasterboard alone is not strong enough. Stud-wall homes require our WHB+S8 or WHW+S8 stud-wall holder, which distributes load across multiple studs.

Is there a minimum wall thickness?
