Ten years on the metal. Two years on everything else. Residential and commercial coverage, transferable, with a plain-English claims process.

Full coverage on all steel and metal components — frame, mounting plates, brackets, pull-up bars, dip bars, and hardware — against any manufacturing defect under normal residential or commercial use.

Years · Wood & PU

Coverage on beech rungs, polyurethane pads, and grip wraps. In practice, these components routinely outlast their warranty period by a factor of five under normal use.

01What's covered

Plain terms.

The BenchK warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used as intended and installed to our published specifications. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Structural failure of any steel component
  • Weld failure at load-bearing joints
  • Coating or powder-coat failure (bubbling, chipping from defect, rust-through)
  • Beech rung cracking, splintering, or structural failure
  • Polyurethane pad tearing or deformation

Warranty is transferable — if you sell the unit within the warranty period, the remaining term transfers to the new owner on registration.

02What's not covered

Reasonable exclusions.

  • Cosmetic wear consistent with normal use (scratches, oil darkening, patina)
  • Damage from improper installation or unapproved wall substrates
  • Damage from exceeding the 330 lb rated user load
  • Damage from modification, alteration, or third-party accessories
  • Damage from outdoor exposure, extreme humidity, or non-residential environments outside commercial terms
03How to file

The claims process.

Email biuro@benchk.com with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description of how the issue developed

We review every claim personally and, when the issue is covered, ship spare parts within one business day. Replacement components arrive directly from the warehouse — no dispute process, no ticket queue, no fine print.
