How we load-test.

Static load testing
Each frame is tested to sustained loading at 150 kg (330 lb) without deflection beyond spec. Every production run is re-tested.

Dynamic load testing
Pull-up bars, dip bars, and benches are impulse-tested to simulate high-repetition dynamic loading over a ten-year service life.

Material integrity
Beech rungs are tested for micro-cracking after 10,000 sweat-absorption cycles; polyurethane pads for tear strength and compression set.

Mount integrity
CNC-machined mount plates are tested across multiple wall substrates — masonry, concrete, and stud-wall constructions — to ensure even load distribution.
