What does the distributor wholesale pricing look like?
Tiered pricing starts at five units per quarter and improves with annual volume commitments. We don't publish wholesale price sheets — pricing is shared after the intro call so we can match it to your sales motion and the verticals you sell into.
What territories are open?
We work with distributors across the United States and Latin America. Selective geographic exclusivity is offered to qualified partners — typically scoped to a state, metropolitan area, or single Latin American country.
Do you stock inventory in the U.S. for distributors?
Yes. BenchK USA holds inventory in Largo, Florida, and ships against distributor purchase orders without the four-week wait that direct-from-Poland orders involve. Drop-ship to end-customer is also supported.
What marketing support comes with the partnership?
Photography, B-roll video, copy decks, and co-brandable PDFs for the full Series 1/2/7 + VMS line. Spanish-language assets available for Latin American partners. We also coordinate joint social posts when meaningful installs go live.
What's the application process and timeline?
Short-form application, a 15-minute intro call with the partnerships team, and a sample order at wholesale pricing to validate fit. Most applications are reviewed within 5 business days; activated partners are typically selling within 3–4 weeks.
