Shipping & Returns.

Every BenchK order ships free anywhere in the United States*, sent from our Largo, Florida warehouse. We ship within 24 hours of order — most parcels drop into the carrier network the same day, the rest the next morning.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as the shipment hits the carrier. Larger items (wall bars, VMS) move on LTL freight with curbside delivery; you’ll be contacted to schedule a delivery window. Accessories, straps, and hardware ship small-parcel.

* Excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Please email biuro@benchk.com for those regions and we’ll arrange a quote.

You have the right to return your BenchK within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as the product hasn’t been unpacked, assembled, or used. Returns aren’t accepted on units that have been installed or show signs of use.

  Get in touch first

  Email biuro@benchk.com or call 1-833-998-7727 with your order number — we'll confirm the return is eligible and issue instructions before you ship.

  Repack the unit

  Return the product in its original packaging, with all hardware and inserts. Unopened cartons travel back safely; opened, assembled units can't be accepted.

  Return shipping

  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We'll share carrier and labeling guidance when we authorize your return.

  Refund

  Once the carton arrives at our Largo, FL warehouse and we've confirmed condition, your refund issues to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Freight damage is rare but does happen. If you spot any damage to the outer packaging at delivery, photograph it before signing for the shipment. If the damage only becomes apparent after unpacking, email us within 48 hours at biuro@benchk.com with photos. Spare parts under our manufacturer warranty ship within one business day — typically arriving within a week.
