The greatest advantage of BenchK 211W model is its construction design, which makes it more durable than a classic wooden wall bar, popular in school gymnasiums. The wall bars can be equipped with gymnastic accessories – a rope with a swing and gymnastic rings.

Thanks to the pull up bar’s removable construction, it can be positioned at different rungs and adjusted to the user height.
With the pull-up bar you can perform a wide range of core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.
Also, it allows doing spine stretches, mobility and resistance training, when straps or resistance bands are attached to it.
To make the most of it, pair it with a BenchK benchtop (not included), to create either a sitting or standing work desk and save even more space in your living area.

Includes an assembly kit (does not include wall mounting set, as its type depends on the type of wall which the wall bar will be attached to). The decision and responsibility for the method of installation of the wall bars rests with the customer. Wall mounting is not possible to a plasterboard wall. The minimum required wall thickness in the case of installation with the use of Fischer expansion bolts available from BenchK is 12 cm/4,7″. In all other cases, it is a recommended thickness only. For stud wall construction houses, it is required to use BenchK WHB+S8 or WHW+S8 wall holder for a wall bar to have it safely secured to the wall.
