HSA/FSA eligible wall bars & training equipment.

Eligible BenchK products may be. Through our partnership with Truemed, qualified customers can use HSA/FSA funds on eligible purchases — wall bars, stall bars, Swedish ladders, benches, pull-up bars, dip stations, and Recoil strap trainers. Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances and is determined by an independent licensed practitioner through a clinical intake form at checkout. Accessories such as gloves, wall holders, punching-bag holders, gymnastic mattresses, and mounting hardware are not eligible.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are pre-tax health benefit accounts that may be used for eligible medical expenses. Exercise equipment isn't automatically a medical expense — under IRS rules it can qualify when it's used to treat or manage a specific health condition and a licensed practitioner documents that need in a Letter of Medical Necessity. Truemed provides that clinical evaluation and LMN so qualified customers can pay with HSA/FSA funds at BenchK.

Add eligible products to your cart and go to checkout. Select Truemed as your payment method, complete the health survey, and if the practitioner determines medical necessity, an LMN is issued and your HSA/FSA payment goes through. Everything else about the order — shipping, warranty, returns — works exactly as it does for any other BenchK purchase.

Wall bars and stall bars across Series 1, 2 and 7 (including full builds), benches, pull-up bars, dip stations, cable attachments, and Recoil strap trainers may qualify. Not eligible: boxing and training gloves, wall holders and mounting kits, punching-bag holders, foldable gymnastic mattresses, and expansion-plug/screw sets. Truemed determines eligibility based on IRS guidelines, so the list can change; look for the HSA/FSA eligible* mark on each product page.

Not every customer qualifies — it depends on your individual health circumstances and the practitioner's assessment, not on the product alone. If medical necessity isn't determined, your HSA/FSA card isn't charged; you can complete your purchase with a standard payment method, or reapply later.

Yes. If your HSA/FSA balance doesn't cover the full order, or your cart mixes eligible and ineligible items, you can pay the remainder with a credit or debit card during checkout (one-time purchases).

The most common reason is Shop Pay: if you're signed in, choose "Pay another way" or "More payment options" — Truemed shows for guest checkout. Truemed also only appears when your cart contains eligible products, and only on benchk.us (not on Amazon or other marketplaces). Still stuck? Yes — the 10-year warranty on metal elements (2 years on other components), free U.S. shipping, and our standard return policy apply exactly as they do to any other order. Note that HSA and FSA accounts belong to individuals, so Truemed applies to personal purchases; studios and clinics buying for a facility should use our commercial pricing instead.
