Standard catalog units ship within 24 hours from our U.S. inventory. Larger commercial orders (10+ units) typically have 3–5 week lead times depending on colorway and configuration.

For commercial orders, yes. We partner with vetted installers in most U.S. metropolitan areas. For out-of-network locations we provide detailed mounting guides, wall-substrate recommendations, and remote support.

Solid masonry and concrete walls are ideal, with our PS8 or PS12 expansion plug hardware. For stud-wall construction, our WHB+S8 / WHW+S8 stud-wall holders distribute load across multiple studs. We do not recommend plasterboard-only installations.

The same 10-year warranty on metal components and 2-year warranty on wood and polyurethane applies for commercial use, under normal operating conditions. We consider daily multi-user loading 'normal operating conditions.'

U.S. commercial orders are shipped from our Largo, FL distribution center. Canadian orders can be arranged directly. For European commercial orders, we fulfill from the Rzeszów factory.

Standard colorways are bone white and matte black. Custom finishes and co-branding are available for qualifying volume orders (50+ units). Contact us to discuss.

We supply CAD files, spec sheets, certification documents (PN-EN 12346, PN-EN 913), load-test reports, insurance certificates, and W-9/vendor forms on request.
