·Gymnastics at home

Practice gymnastics at home. In the space you already have.

A BenchK wall bar with the A076 or A204 gymnastics kit anchors rings, climbing rope, and trapeze to one wall — full bar work, hangs, rope ascents, and conditioning circuits in the footprint of a single panel. EU-certified to gymnastic safety standards. Built to last decades. And because every BenchK is modular, the same wall holds a pull-up bar and dip station for adult training between sessions — one install, every level.

BenchK wall bar with gymnastic rings, climbing rope, and trapeze — a home gymnastics practice setup
01Gymnastics in any space

A full gymnastics practice — in the footprint of one wall.

The full movement library

Rings, climbing rope, trapeze, and a precise rung structure for the drills coaches actually assign — hangs, pull-ups, toes-to-bar, leg lifts, V-ups, ring rows, support holds, rope ascents. Every event-prep skill that doesn’t require a beam or a vault, in one installation.

In any room, in any home

Six and a half feet of wall. That’s the entire footprint. Fits a living room, a bedroom, a finished basement, or a garage corner — wherever the wall is solid. No floor bolts. No 'gymnastics room' required. Quiet enough that the rest of the house isn’t disturbed.

And the rest of the household uses it

Between gymnastics sessions, the same modular wall holds a pull-up bar, dip station, and bench for adult strength training. Parents train while their kid practices. Sibling uses it for conditioning. The wall earns its keep all day, not just at practice time.

02For the gymnast

What the wall covers for a young gymnast.

Hangs and dead hangs

Grip strength, shoulder mobility, the foundation for every bar event.

Toes-to-bar and leg raises

Core control in a hanging position — the precursor to giants, kips, and front-pike work.

Pull-ups, chin-ups, neutral-grip pulls

The 100 / 200 / 700 series all carry the same modular pull-up bar accessories — sized for kid hands.

Ring rows, ring support holds, ring dips

A076 and A204 kits ship with gymnastic rings. Lower them for rows, raise them for support holds.

Climbing-rope ascents

The A076 kit includes a climbing rope sized for indoor use — the same skill judges score on the rope event.

Trapeze and bar work

A trapeze attachment turns the wall into a beginner’s uneven-bar setup. Knee hangs, single-leg cuts, casts.

Spinal decompression

Quick hangs after long days of training reset spinal load — used by coaches and athletes worldwide.

Conditioning circuits

V-ups, dead bugs, mountain climbers, supported squats — full circuits anchored to the wall.

Common questions from gymnastics families.

What ages is this for?

The 100-series and 200-series with A204 or A076 kits work from roughly age 3 up to teen years, with the right adult supervision. The 700-series with kits scales into adulthood — same wall keeps working through every age bracket.

Is it safe for kids?

Every BenchK is EU-certified to PN-EN 12346:2001 — the European safety standard for gymnastic equipment used in public schools and clubs. Rated to 330 lb static (150 kg). Beech is splinter-free when properly oiled. Adult supervision is standard practice for any home gymnastic setup.

What's the difference between A076 and A204?

Both kits add gymnastic rings, a climbing rope, and a trapeze-style bar that clip onto the wall bar's rungs. A076 is the standard kit; A204 is sized for smaller rooms and slightly younger users. Either kit is upgradable later — the wall bar itself doesn't change.

Will my coach approve home practice?

Most coaches encourage home practice for hangs, conditioning, and skills review — not for full apparatus work that requires spotters. We don't replace gym time; we add 10–15 minutes a day of structured practice that compounds over months. Check with your specific coach for their program.

Can adults use the same wall?

Yes — that's the point. Every BenchK in this lineup carries the same modular attachments: pull-up bar, dip station, bench, RECOIL suspension straps. The kid practices on the rings and rope; the parent adds the pull-up bar and the bench. One wall, every level.

Does it bolt into a regular wall?

On a solid masonry wall: yes, with the included expansion bolts. On a stud wall (most American homes): yes, with the BenchK WHB or WHW wall holder which spreads the load across multiple studs. We don't recommend installation into bare drywall — the wall holder is mandatory in those cases.
