Training over a lifetime — the case for equipment that ages

The best fitness equipment is the kind you still have twenty years later.

Vadym Zemlianyi· Founder, BenchKFounded BenchK in 2015. A decade-plus building wall bars in Poland and the European fitness market.

The equipment that lasts

There is a small set of training tools that don't need to be replaced: a steel kettlebell, a good pair of gymnastics rings, a plyo box, a barbell, a set of plates, and a wall bar. Everything else — treadmills, Pelotons, vibration plates, electric anything — goes to the landfill within a decade.

Buy equipment you'll still have in 2046. This is the only real financial analysis that matters in home fitness.

Every piece we design is driven by the kind of thinking above — serve the user, age well, look like furniture.
