Is there a fee to join?
No. Pro membership is free. Tiered pricing applies automatically based on order size; net-30 terms are approved per business after a brief qualification.
How are discounts structured?
Pricing is intentionally tiered rather than public — discounts scale with order size and configuration complexity. A commercial specialist will quote based on your specific setup. Multi-property and portfolio orders carry the deepest tiers.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
Yes for established businesses with two or more years of operating history. We approve within 1–2 business days after receiving your business documentation. Newer businesses get staged-payment plans tied to install milestones.
Can you help us spec a configuration?
Yes. Send us a floor plan or photos of your wall; our commercial team replies within one business day with a configuration recommendation, install requirements (most US wood-stud installs use the WHB wall holder), and a quote.
What's the lead time on a multi-unit order?
Three to six weeks for in-stock configurations. Custom finishes or larger portfolio orders run 8–12 weeks. We can hold inventory in our Florida warehouse if you need to time install with a renovation or grand opening.
What's the difference between Pro and the Affiliate program?
Pro is for buyers — businesses purchasing BenchK for their own facility. Affiliate is for referrers — professionals who recommend BenchK to clients, students, or patients and earn commission on each sale. The two programs are separate; you can be in both.
